Kelayakan
- Basic communication in Chinese, English and Malay
- Have your own transportation
- Positive and enterprising work attitude
- Able to work according to company policies
Tanggungjawab
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Answer their questions, provide relevant information, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Arrange and attend real estate showings to show properties to potential buyers and explain the property's features and benefits
- Coordinate and facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers, negotiate prices and terms, and ensure both parties are on the same page
- Be familiar with and comply with laws and regulations related to real estate transactions to ensure legal compliance of transactions
